This project is a pastoral analysis of Roman Catholic parish structures from a feminist pastoral perspective. This includes the (1) experiences (2) social analysis (3) theological reflection and (4) pastoral planning for the actions that went into the creation of an alternative to the parish structure. The process of change and evaluation of the alternative are given. Implications of this project are addressed to (1) the parishioners of the parish where this project took place (2) the women of the Catholic Church and (3) the people of God.
