Within the context of the Apostolic Assembly of the Faith in Christ Jesus (AAFCJ), the traditional order of Sunday liturgy and the ecclesial order has shown to be less inclusive of women participating in leadership roles. This writer envisioned a new paradigm of worship for the Harvest Church of Las Vegas, NV; one that would empower and uplift women for ministry and create a broader space for their active participation in worship. A paradigm that encouraged them to lead others to Christ through worshipping. Worship is a key element in shaping a new paradigm through which no one can be excluded in participating in God’s missional work. The motivation behind this work lay in the desire for the current and future generations to gain an understanding of their purpose as followers of Christ and their roles within the “body of Christ.” This was especially for young rising women within the church who have often struggled to find a place of ministry.
