New Life Apostolic Tabernacle Church (NLAT) is not complete without the integration of children as members of the faith community. This insertion of the child into the family of God takes place when the adults become aware of the status of the children, and the ecclesial dynamic becomes inclusive and generational. In addition, the NLAT community learns to understand the child in a holistic way, and the universe of the little ones becomes the missiological focus of the church. The presence of children is evident in the Bible, both in Israel (Deut. 6: 7-9, Joshua 8:35, Psalm 78: 5-7), and in the Christian communities of the first century (Mt 18: 1). -5; 19: 13-15; 2 Tim. 1: 5, 3:15). The words of Jesus, "let the children come to me ... the kingdom of God is of those who are like them" (Mark 10: 13-16), is the theological foundation for this dissertation. The image, "family of God," which is a biblical-theological and sociological reference, acquires value in this context of integrality; where the most vulnerable, children, stop being invisible, in an ecclesial paradigm which was made thinking mainly of adults, and relegates the child and his universe to the periphery of the community of faith. The challenge for this writer, in the ecclesial community of NLAT, is to rethink an inclusive ecclesiological model, where children and adults develop a praxis of faith in community, and consider and care for the child in a comprehensive manner.
