Often, Pastors, Preachers and other Ministry leaders, labor in congregations that do not live up to their potential either globally or locally as citizens of God's Kingdom and co-owners in the 'Kingdom Building Enterprise'. It is my position that it is possible through preaching to inform and inspire people to transform and enlarge what they intuitively, cognitively and emotively perceive and embrace as their identity and intentions as Church members. By engaging in a process of adaptive preaching that utilizes the dynamics of transformation along with achieving an intimate understanding of the contextual, historical, relational, and theological dynamics of the local congregation, one can adapt their preaching style and method to inspire or induce such transformation. By researching contextual influences and field testing the dynamics of Congregational Transitions while applying several principles of preaching preparation and presentation methods I have found that through adaptive preaching it is possible to inspire and induce congregational transformation, Through a 'Synchronized Metamorphosis' in which changes occur simultaneously within the preacher as one adapts their preaching to connect with the core values of the congregation and changes occur within the congregation as their core values are transformed by the 'adapted preaching'.
