The purpose of this paper is to address the creation of a worship environment where racial diversity can become a reality. It is intended for pastors and lay people who desire to see their churches become multiracial. This work will also benefit church planters who hold to the spiritual conviction that all of God's children should be reconciled. At the core of "increase" carries the understanding of growth in membership. Although this not a work on growing a church in general, one must focus on reaching those that are looking to join houses of worship. The predominate number of those being young adults. Therefore one must consider not only what to preach, but how to preach to reach young adults in a language that is not foreign to them. The homiletic chore of crafting sermons that are not dissertations, which are read in a monotone nature but creative sermons that strike to the core of out being. Frank Thomas and Thomas Troeger provide insight into how craft can be done efficiently and effectively.
