The preacher as coach : preaching and teaching faith that leads to authentic faith praxis

In an age of information overload, many within the culture and within the church are drawn in by computers and smart devices to access information. These devices have given easier access to all forms of information. In matters of faith, preaching is one of the sources which is used to inform faith. The preacher as coach challenges the  preacher to inform the hearer as clergy but also to assist in facilitating transformation as a coach. In this project, I will investigate the implications of the preacher as coach in a local congregation. I will conclude that preacher as coach, preaching and teaching faith, will lead to authentic faith praxis.
