Sunday after Sunday congregants gather for worship to experience the sacredness of an encounter with God. However, congregants occasionally have difficulty in understanding the Bible. In this age of diverse ministry settings, people are serving in ministry, but cannot connect the Bible to everyday life. Many churches have failed to address the need to assist congregants with Biblical Interpretation methods. The primary aim of this thesis serves to present a model to increase Biblical Interpretation skills through prophetic preaching. The results of this work have provided a foundation for any congregation to deepen the spirituality of the congregants through the skills of Biblical Interpretation.
