Past historical efforts will be reviewed as means to learn as to what worked and what did not work. Form this point the how to work in socialist communist context will explored as a means to create a more effective approach. The major point to be explored will be the need to bridge the gap in going from an isolationist model to a more ecumenical model. As of result of the political restraints of the political system a strategy how to best work within this context will discussed in light of different Biblical approaches. A set course of action will be delineated to reinforce the internal framework by fortifying the leadership as well as exploring how to best grow externally. A systematic evaluation of the work in Cuba will be implemented to have more concrete data and better analyze and monitor the work. A plan for being self sustaining will defined and implemented. Based on implementation of all of the above should yield the healthy growth that is desired for Apostolic Assembly work in Cuba.
