Latino(a) pastors face serious challenges in maintaining their spiritual vitality in the barrios. This thesis project seeks to further develop a Latino Leadership Foundation Model that fosters personal and ministerial breakthroughs for these pastors and exponentially increases their effectiveness in pastoral ministry. This objective will be obtained through a value based and driven model that will be enhanced through a reexamining of its theological framework. The outcome of building leadership capacity through this model will result in healthy pastoral lives and ministries in the barrios.
